It is very important to me that you are happy with your nails, and that they last.

This is why I offer the following Service Guarantee:

• If your nails fall off due to the Acrylic not working properly, I will schedule you in for a free session to have your nails redone.
• Some people can have particulary oily nails and this can cause problems with the Acrylic. If this happens to you, I have a number of remedies and am reasonably confident your nails will stay attached after the second attempt.
• If the unthinkable happens and your nails don't stay on after the second attempt, I will schedule you in free for one last attempt to give you lasting nails.
• If, after this third attempt your nails continue to give you problems, I will offer you a full refund.

Note that I've not yet had a client where the nails have failed after the second attempt, and have had only one client where the nails have failed the first time (due to particulary oily nails, this was fixed the second time around).

It is important to note you will not be offered a refund for your nails until I have tried to fix them two times, but I'm reasonably confident this situation won't occur.
